The Products offered for sale on the site are clothing and accessories.

The main characteristics of the Products and in particular the specifications, illustrations and indications of dimensions or capacity of the Products, are presented on the website, which the customer is required to read before ordering.

The choice and purchase of a Product are the only responsibility of the Customer.

Product offers are valid within the limits of available stocks for items in stock and within the time limit available for pre-order items, as specified when placing the order.

These Terms of sales are accessible at any time on the website and will prevail over any other document. The Customer declares to have read it and to have accepted them by placing an order online on the website.

The Customer undertakes to have reached the majority of his country of residence, or to have parental authorization to place an order on the site.

In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, the Customer is the importer of the Product(s) concerned.

For all Products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice.

Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. They will be charged to and are the only responsibility of the Client.


The Products are supplied at the prices in force appearing on the website, when the order is recorded by WAVI.

Prices are expressed in Euros, excluding and including tax.

WAVI reserves the right to change prices at any time. It undertakes to apply the current price indicated at the time of the order.

The prices do not include shipping costs which are invoiced in addition, under the conditions indicated on the site and calculated prior to placing the order.

The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these costs.

An invoice is drawn up by the Seller and given to the Customer upon delivery of the Products ordered in the event of an export order, including in the European Union, or at the customer’s request.

Order and Pre-Order

It is up to the Customer to select on the website the Products that he wishes to order or pre-order, according to the following methods:

While browsing the site, simply click “Add to Cart”. Once in the basket, the order or pre-order can be placed by the customer, once the purchase path has been reached. Once the basket has been validated and the payment has been made, the order or pre-order is placed implying the validation of these Terms of sales. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer for validation summarizing all the necessary data.

In the event of a pre-order, the final validation of the order will take place at the end of the pre-order deadline in the event of an objective achieved or not:

If the objective is reached in terms of quantity, a confirmation email with delivery date is sent to the Customer.

If the objective is not achieved, WAVI reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the order within 7 days at the latest, or maintain production and therefore the order.

The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and to immediately report any errors.

Any order placed on the website constitutes the formation of a contract concluded at a distance between the Customer and the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

The Customer will be able to follow the progress of his order on the site.

Payment conditions

The price is paid by secure payment by credit card.

The price is payable in cash by the Customer, in full on the day the order is placed in its currency.

Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the protocol defined by the approved payment provider involved in banking transactions carried out on the website : credit card number, expiry date and visual cryptogram on the back of the card.

Payments made by the Customer will only be considered final after effective collection by WAVI of the sums due.

WAVI will not be required to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer if the latter does not pay the full price under the conditions indicated above.

Transfer of ownership

The transfer of ownership of the Products from WAVI to the Customer will only take place after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of the Products.

Seller's liability - Warranties

The Products supplied by the Seller benefit from:

The legal guarantee of conformity, for Products that are defective, spoiled or damaged or that do not correspond to the order, the legal guarantee against hidden defects resulting from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the products delivered and rendering them unfit for use.

Provisions relating to legal warranties :

“The seller is required to deliver goods that comply with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when this has been charged to him by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility. »

“The property is in accordance with the contract:

“The seller is bound by the guarantee on account of the hidden defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or I would have paid a lesser price for them, if he had known them. »

Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code

“The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect. »

Article L217-16 of the Consumer Code.

“When the buyer asks the seller, during the course of the commercial guarantee which was granted to him during the acquisition or repair of movable property, for a restoration covered by the guarantee, any period of immobilization of at least seven days is added to the duration of the guarantee which remained to run. This period runs from the request for intervention by the buyer or the provision for repair of the property in question, if this provision is subsequent to the request for intervention. »

In order to assert his rights, the Customer must inform the Seller, in writing (email or post), of the non-conformity of the Products or of the existence of hidden defects from their discovery.

The Seller will reimburse, replace or have repaired the Products or parts under warranty deemed non-compliant or defective.

Shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced rate and return costs will be reimbursed on presentation of receipts.

Refunds, replacements or repairs of Products deemed non-compliant or defective will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 15 days following the Seller’s finding of the lack of conformity or the hidden defect. This refund can be made by bank transfer.

The responsibility of the Seller cannot be engaged in the following cases:

Non-compliance with the legislation of the country in which the products are delivered in the event of misuse, use for professional purposes, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Customer, as in the event of normal wear and tear of the Product, accident or force majeure.
The Customer is informed that depending on the devices and the type of screens used, the rendering of the visuals and in particular the tint and intensity of the colors may vary, without WAVI being held responsible.

The Seller’s warranty is, in any event, limited to the replacement or reimbursement of non-compliant Products or Products affected by a defect.

Intellectual property

The content of the website is the property of WAVI and its partners, and is protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property. Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and is likely to constitute an offense of counterfeiting. Applicable law - Language

These Terms of sales and the resulting operations are governed by and subject to French law. There are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

Right to retract

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer “consumer” within the meaning of the introductory article of the Consumer Code who concludes a contract by means of a means of distance communication has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Product to return to his order.

The responsibility of the Customer may be engaged in the event of deterioration of the Product by the Customer.

Collection of personal data

Personal data is collected and processed on this site for various purposes. Processing is always based on one of the legal bases mentioned in Article 6 of the GDPR. The storage periods are based on the reference system established by the DPA for this purpose.

Newsletter sign-up: When you sign up for the newsletter, you provide your email address. The purpose of this processing is for the data controller to send information of an advertising nature by e-mail. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, collected in a valid manner according to the criteria set out in Article 7 of the GDPR. Unsubscribing will be possible at any time from the link in each e-mail.

Account creation: When you create a customer account, the data controller collects the following personal data through the account creation form: Last name, First name, E-mail address, Postal code, City and Telephone number. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the controller. You can choose a password to secure access to your customer account. The French DPA recommends choosing a password ensuring the equivalent of an entropy of at least 80 bits. Here are three examples of passwords with a sufficient level of security:

Example 1: passwords must be composed of at least 12 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters to be chosen from a list of at least 37 possible special characters.

Example 2: passwords must be composed of at least 14 characters including uppercase, lowercase and numbers, with no special characters required.

Example 3: passphrases based on words from the French language must be composed of at least 7 words.

Payment: When paying by credit card made on the site, the following personal data is collected: credit card number, name of the holder, expiry date, visual cryptogram. This data is not kept by the data controller beyond the transaction. The recording of the customer’s bank details is proposed in order to be able to order more quickly during subsequent purchases, provided that the customer gives his express consent by ticking the corresponding box in the order tunnel. If the customer chooses this option, only the credit card number and the expiry date are recorded, but never the visual cryptogram.

Saving the t-shirt on the mobile: The following personal data is collected: Surname, first name, e-mail address. This information is collected by the company TEMERA, in charge of the software linked to the label, which will establish a data register for the WAVI company only. This third party will process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the regulations and legislation in force. No other data will be collected through this label. The legal basis for this data processing is the customer’s consent.

Order: When ordering, personal data necessary to process your order is collected (invoice and payment management, performance of the service and follow-up): Last name, First name, E-mail address, Telephone number and Address. This information is only intended for the data controller and possibly its staff and subcontractors for the processing of the order. The legal basis for this data processing is the execution of the contract concluded when placing the order online.

Data retention period and deletion conditions

The following retention periods are applied to personal data collected on the site:

Inactive customer account: 2 years from the last action of the account holder. Before deleting your account, the data controller may contact you by e-mail to ask you if you wish to maintain your account.

Subscriber to the inactive Newsletter: until unsubscription or 3 years from the last contact (e.g. click in an element of a newsletter). Our orders are prepared by us and sent from France.

Delivery time

For items in stock, shipments will be made within 48 hours after receipt of payment. For pre-order items, the forecasted delivery date is indicated at the moment of purchase and will be confirmed to the customer by email upon confirmation of production at the end of the pre-order campaign.

Damaged package: Carrier complaint

The Customer is required to check the condition of the products delivered and make a complaint to the carrier upon receipt if the package is damaged. He has a period of 48 hours from delivery to formulate complaints by mail to with all documents in connection with the complaint (photos and complaint to the carrier in particular). He will reimburse or replace as soon as possible and at its expense, the Products delivered whose lack of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided in articles L 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and those provided for in these T&Cs.

The Customer must send an email to to express his wish to return the article 14 days at the latest from receipt of the article, mentioning the following elements: date and order number, name and address of the customer, desired size for an exchange and reason for the return.

Returns must be made in their original condition, unworn or washed, and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be resold in new condition. The garment may however have been tried on as in the store. Products not complying with these conditions are not taken back.

Return costs for exchange or refund are free for Metropolitan France, within the limit of one return per order. For the rest of the countries, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any customs fees/taxes.

Upon receipt of the return request, WAVI sends back a shipping slip to be stamped on the package, as well as a return slip to be included with the product in the package.

The customer is responsible for the package until it is received at our premises.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt, by WAVI, of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions provided for in this article.
